Kelly Ogle Memorial Safety Award. Wet N’ Wild and the Drowning Prevention Coalition of El Paso

El Paso Inc. The World Waterpark Association recognized Wet N’ Wild Waterworld and the Drowning Prevention Coalition of El Paso with the Kelly Ogle Memorial Safety Award. Wet N’ Wild and the Drowning Prevention Coalition of El Paso were jointly recognized for their work in promoting water safety here in the Borderland area. Since the coalition’s inception in March of 2010, the average number of annual childhood drownings in El Paso County has declined by more than 60%. The award is annually presented to individuals or organizations for significant contributions to guest and employee safety in the water attractions industry.
