The Drowning Prevention Coalition of El Paso will be participating in the YWCA Block Party on March 28, 2026 from 9 am-1 pm. Come by our booth and learn about WATER SAFETY/DROWNING PREVENTION. Pick up a FREE WATER WATCHER CARD to use while children are in or near the water.
