El Paso County Aquatics is currently hiring seasonal staff for the upcoming swim season, including:
Seasonal Lifeguards, Lead Lifeguards, Aquatics Recreation Specialists

To support an efficient and accessible hiring process, we are also hosting an in-person Aquatics Staff Hiring Fair, which we strongly encourage interested candidates to attend.
Aquatics Staff Hiring Fair Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026 Time: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Location: Ascarate Aquatic Center 6900 Delta Dr., El Paso, TX 79905
The hiring fair is designed to move candidates forward in the same day and will include:
On-site interviews, Lifeguard skills pre-testing, Completion of availability forms, Direct engagement with Aquatics, leadership and Human Resources staff.
Candidates may apply with or without current Lifeguard certification.
Individuals who are not yet certified will have the opportunity to begin Lifeguard certification through El Paso County’s blended learning program, which combines online coursework with in-water skills training.
