April Pools Day and Gus and Goldie Easter Egg Hunt
Free Swimming after Easter Egg Hunt
The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department will host April Pools Day at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2019 with a Water Safety presentation by the El Paso Fire Department Water Rescue Team and water safety information for children and adults through the Drowning Prevention Coalition of El Paso. The event will be followed from 11:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a Gus and Goldie Golden Easter Egg Hunt at the Armijo Aquatic Center, 911 S. Ochoa St. in the shallow depth area of the pool with free swimming only to participants in the Golden Egg Hunt from 12:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Life Guards will be on duty to supervise the event.
